Remember when Mc is doing that test and he fights the spirit of that black dragon thing? You see a glimpse of the first patriarch. That is the Mc in this one. Google tells me it's chapter 76, but I'll go check and make sure.
And chapter 117. Chapter 76 is supposed to just be a silhouette.
Go to chapter 76. 117 doesn't have anything in it, but you get to see him in 76.
