uke didn't really do anything to him, rather allowed his classmates to bully him. Jaemin was caught sniffing Taeyoon's shirt and that's the main cause basically.
Taeyoon and Jaemin used to be good friends but after he was caught sniffing his shirt, he became a passive bystander to the bullying that was unfolding and turned a blind eye to all of it. When he bumped into Jaemin, it probably looked like he was joining in on the bullying too, and I don't think he tried to help him afterwards either?? I think Jaemin is still obsessed and in love with Taeyoon since their youth but now those feelings are tainted and twisted now because he wants to be with him, but also wants to make him suffer for what he did
