He definitely is. He also blacked out for that portion of the night and when doucheface taesoo found out, he TOLD seongjo “what happened” and periodically uses this information to not only torture but undermine him. It’s clearly false since the narrator of that particular story is unreliable. The only thing tying him to that death is the fact that he was there that night but he wasn’t the only one and back then, he didn’t even know how to hold and shoot a gun without pissing his pants.
