Nothing would surprise me at this point. But given where this chapter leaves off, I think the next chapter will give us more clarity on Mr. A and Fluffy's relationship.
Hot take but I think K called Mr. A fluffy's boyfriend sarcastically. Like a nod to the fact that Fluffy was attached to Mr. A at the hip.
Little A is just a tad bit touched in the head and he took the comment seriously.
