a really interesting reflection/allegory on the degradation of modern society (when i say modern i mean like 1800s onwards). his brother seemed perfectly normal in the beginning, totally unburdened by all the harm he caused and evil he did in his youth. his younger brother, kouhais etc. are left to carry it instead. gross but intriguing
