Being drunk doesn't mean you can't do anything bad. It would be one thing if they were both drunk, but only he was drunk taking advantage of an unconscious person. There was no consent period, it's still SA. If you can't control yourself you are an animal.

Tbh what he did ain't that bad cuz he was influenced by alcohol and he usually was holding back, he didn't even put his dick in and explained that he didn't want to hurt him, imagine you like someone for years yet don't do anything and then you drink a lil too much, im surprised he held back
