Seme fell in love at first sight to uke when they were young, he started to do judo toi because of him and sending letters to him as a secret admirer. He enrolled at the same high school to follow his path and he was gonna talk to him face to face but the accident happened
Uke used the accident as the excuse to not going pro, not knowing uke is actually happy with how things goes, seme felt incredibly guilty and went to national in the pleace of him
Long story short, both grew up without seeing each other anymore. Uke reads the letters from seme from back then and used it as his motivation. Seme finally starting to miss uke so he find ways to meet him again
