Right! Flashback makes him look like he was around 5 when left behind. Even if he was 10 in the flashback that would only make him 15

If it's this, make sense and so sad since he indeed grown bored of his eating when triplets and haiji said its so good. No interaction for years could confused his perception of time :((((
