In all seriousness

People are pointing out that Hajin can't swim even though he could even if og Hajin couldn't is a plot hole. Let discuss this more seriously, ok?

1. His body remembers the trauma. Consciously, he maybe different than og Hajin, but body wise, he's og Hajin. So if og Hajin's body is so traumatized by it, he can't do anything about it. He couldn't do something as simple as drink much alcohol or eat spicy food, even though he could do it in his original body. Now imagine if it's something as serious as a trauma.

But if the body remembers the trauma, then he should have at least feel unease when he see the pool or something, right?
Except, the mind and the body are not in sync as of now. The trauma(s) are not in domain because his mind doesn't even know they exist, not until the body experience similar environment at least.

2. As for the accent/dialect. The body prioritize familiarity, like his taste buds and tolerance.
But why doesn't he speak in Busan dialect if the body reset to familiarity setting?
The way one speak is not a exactly a full body function. It's a cooperation of the body and the mind, but the primary drive would be the mind.
And who is in control of the mind right now? If we read the same manhwa then it's definitely not og Hajin.

Now as a hypothesis, sometimes people accent/dialect comes out unknowingly, right?
That could be possible for people who switch their accent/dialect occasionally.

But for Hajin?

One of the possible reason might be because og Hajin could have stop speaking Busan dialect since long ago. Seeing as how nobody is pointing out that he has stopped talking in Busan dialect. It must mean that they didn't even know he speak Busan dialect. And the family might have forced og Hajin to drop the dialect and develop to fit the standard instead, which isn't all that surprising from what we have seen so far.

For og Hajin who stop using their dialect, let say possibly since childhood, dialect tripping is hardly possible for him.

I'm done rambling now, thank you for coming to my TED Talk ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ノ~
