The mc is smart so why haven't she done anything in the past to prove her innocent? It's show how the mc is smart at the later part. But how can the ex ML made to be stupid? Looks at him being confused to the truth, if he were a honest man that have save her back then why did he feel like a robot just going on the flow of how his family abusing her? He should have noticed anything if something wrong is going on but he sounds like he was just an insignificant existence for those antagonist uses. And even the mc leaving him. Well I can't blame the Mc for leaving him because of his family and how he didn't believe him. But this doesn't justify how the plot should work. If the Ex ML was made to be antagonist then that's it. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
In the end they both suffered.. looking back at their past. Is obvious how they were manipulated. Fate playing with them is so painful to read. Even if I can't understand much, is just stupid how they let others play with their life. Actually the ex ML are not a fault, it's just his family are the one who's trash for manipulating him. Even the Mc also understand and just waiting for him to know the truth and ask for forgiveness in earnest not by just courting her back.. I really can't understand the author real intention in this.
