ok you guys saying oh these always starts from religion, men will do anything but this and that. while I agree with some of it there's reasons behind it, while not defending jj it is also clear why he does what he does. nad I won't be a freak on internet diagnosing people but I am a psych student and honestly analyzing these things come naturally to me. all I'll say he is really neurotic, and that is an obvious thing to be for someone with his background it's natural fir him to come up with these rituals to calm himself.... and if you apply the DSM diagnosis criteria on this with the amount of time he has spent behaving like that and the way this inhibits his experiences and alters his overall behavior, it would not be a stretch to say he has OCD. also not to defend any of his actions and shit but yeah his attitude is the nastiest part of him and considering the type of men he has grown up around and how most men are surrounded in such ech chambers of masculinity it makes sense why they act the way they do.
