I don't think putting your family first even if you're in a relationship is wrong but, there should a line in that, which clearly the mc doesn't follow, I mean fearing of disappointment from his only family is completely valid but if he's going to keep putting his lover in the back just for his sister, he clearly isn't ready for relationship. And his sister is a piece of shit who only put her feelings first even though her brother clearly put HER feeling over his feeling. And not only that she's homophobic too. I think the ml did a good job in tearing the sibling apart. The mc will just suffer under his sister narcissistic rule in his life.
