Theory time! I had a feeling Chaejun had met Seunghyun or his brother before. The big brother seems to have a complex (right now it is played for laughs) and now I think per what Seunghyun hinted, the older brother locked him in a “dark closet” causing his insomnia maybe, I think the older brother probably even pretend to be Seunghyun and played “Hide and Seek” with Chaejun before leaving him in the locker.
If his older brother really did something like that to prevent Seunghyun for having friends he is the messed up one ugh
