Victor did say that maybe he forgot to connect a nerve or smth, so like it could’ve been that something went wrong at attaching the head
aorta aka the main blod vessel might be missing but he connected enough other ones so the head doesnt die and to power the brain but for the skin to turn normal again bcus there isnt enough oxygen flow

Clearly, there’s something wrong with head not just psychologically but physically. He’s literally blue. Like is there nothing he can do for him like did he try? (￣∇￣")
