Fermented blood (like blood wine...kinda like fermented grapes turn into wine--which gets humans intoxicated) is how ghouls get drunk...they discussed it in an omake, when also discussing how Yomo has a low tolerance for fermented blood. They can only drink coffee and water and consume human flesh/tissue--blood is considered a tissue.

Idk, maybe they had some stored somewhere, or made it themselves. I know it takes years for grapes to ferment in order to make wine properly, not sure about blood but that is the only way ghouls can ge intoxicated. They can't drink liquor/alcohol.
Did the omake mention where the blood is from? Human or Ghoul? It's just I don't think it would make sense to drain blood from the bodies they got and turn them to wine, if they made them themselves. But Ghoul blood makes more sense, given their lack of resources. Sorry for thinking about it too much. It's just that I'm thinking whether this is a plot hole or not. Also, I don't know or remember that omake, can you give me a link to that? Please and thank you!
I was at the understanding that they could only drink coffee and eat human flesh. But logically they should be able to drink water as well. plus alcohol apparantly, how about juice or some other beverage??? Can soneone explain what exactly they can drink
