Okay, I might not be remembering this correctly since it’s been years, but I recall coming across a BL/Yaoi where the MC was suffering from erectile dysfunction. I’m not sure if he disclosed his issue to a friend, but he ends up being referred to a street or underground doctor who treats him using VR therapy. During their sessions, the doctor takes advantage of him, and at one point, the MC removes his VR headset only to discover the doctor on top of him. I think it was a manga?
