I think it’s implied they aren’t together anymore after he went on an interview that speaks badly of her i.e. her using non vegan cosmetics, making her out to be an unethical beauty influencer. She is also under scrutiny right now bc of other vids so he isn’t helping her which any half decent bf wouldn’t do unless you want that relationship to be over.
