I think this manhwa has the same plot as Cozy Obsession. Where the MC of CO had a multi personality disorder due to being abused, traumatized etc. his other personality emerged from the story his wrote. He died and he lived in that story then he was send back to his OG timeline cuz the story reached it's end but still got his memories and personality from that story. In sort the MC is still the same person from his OG timeline where he got abused but has a different memory cuz of the story. In Gloomy Delusion I really think it's the same as well the crumbling of his surroundings while people dgadf is either symbolic or he's in a novel that reached it's end. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
