My guess would be that Javier will ask the dragon king or fix the temple thing to get answers right and since dragons can create a portal to another dimension it's possible to bring him back, the thing is that you can't have two protagonist in that world but Kim Suho is someone who's not part of the story so it can't possibly affect him right? I really don't want to read the novel cuz I love the manhwa too much I want the moment to still last when I read the final chapter huhu T_T
