Sims 4 players ?? Need help!

Hi, hope you're doing well y'all. Actually I play the sims 4 for like a year ? And eventually I started to download mods. The thing is that my household game won't load because i may have a broken mod, so I went and did my researches which laid me to download Better Exceptions, until there everything was going well. My problem is that when B.E brings me into my navigator (firefox) it's taking FOREVER for that diagnosis thing, like I left it for a whole hour and still nothing so obviously something is wrong ! I tried so many times to start the game again and to try to get that analysis again but it's still the same, I even changed my navigator to Opera but still the same... At this rate i'm desperate, if there's anyone who knows something please tell me
