Calling him petty and dramatic is very surface level and i'd like to remind you that him being a traumatized child that couldn't get the support he seeked fundamentally lead to him not trusting his sister (or anyone for that matter) and not seeing the effort she has put into raising him. There's a big miscommunication due to the walls that Kiseong has build around himself.
It boils down to understandig that he's a suffering child who will hopefully find the strength to battle his trauma, open up to his sister and maybe move on
