The MC and ML kinda annoy me. They are way too passive about the emperor and everything in general. Like when they knew there were spies and only got rid of the ones they were certain of, no get rid of anyone remotely suspicious. You forgive the coachman even though he put your family in danger no kick his ass out and don’t look back. You gave your abusive sister a giant bag of gold??? You told her to take it that it was her las chance but she declined saying she’d seduce the duke. So after she failed you still gave it to her and told her this was her last chance??? She’s had like 3 already? Just kick her out or kill her??? They’re too nice, the duke was supposed to be cold blooded and ruthless, if your family’s in danger tap into that side!
Also MC has like 3 magical bloodlines in her why is she so weak??? She has no powers it’s disappointing. At this point just revolt, MC and Rere both have royal blood and direct claims to the throne. The MC and ML just seem too dumb
