he is tricking the uke for a different reason. he was in love w someone else before and so hes tricking the uke to "help" the other person that he used to like. the seme is not in love with that other person by the time he realizes that he loves the uke tho. its been a while since i read this but this is what i remember. its a happy ending tho dont worry lol
