nah ur probably 99% right with this one, i’m just struggling to see how MC will make the choice to save him because right now, he’s just waiting desperately for him to die (understandably so).
MC already knows the cure is his horns. He asked that old man before he died.
No? He just said the poison and the antidote share the same vessel (which is himself), but he never mentioned the horns, so we know MC can be the cure but do not know how. It's on chapter 38.
ML will fall ill. MC will discover the cure (maybe his horns) and save him. The end
