I think ML always knew but Im not sure

Mc was sent by ML brother (Mc was trying to help his dad, was unaware of the bs his dad did to ML until his memories came back). ML knew bc most his ppl were sent by his brother, ML told Mc he knew and it was obvious. Mc asked why he kept him there ML said it was to use him. Now we know its bc ML has had feelings for MC since childhood. Now ML keep him around bc he wants him. ML's brother is now secretly helping ML to spite their mother bc he no longer cares who becomes the company group leader. Hope that helps

I'm kinda surprised though since he knew mc from the beginning I wonder why he kept calling him a liar when he said it was his first time with a guy and treating him like trash and a slut. I hope he knows now mc wasn't lying he's his first

Idk if ML will ever find out that was mc first time (though im sure after the main plot/problems become more resolves and they have a more stable relationship itll come to light bc that seems to be a popluar thing to do). I do however believe that he was acting trashy specifically to get the MC to use him and then leave bc the ML didnt want the MC to be involved anymore then he already was. Atm it seem that the ml has given up on trying to drive away the mc and has mostly accepted that our mc isnt leaving, hence why now he is being nicer bc he has no reason to push him away anymore.

I hope atleast he knows mc wasn't whoring around like he claimed although after what you said yeah it was probably just him saying shit he didn't mean to push him away.

I thought maybe because mc says it's my first time and ml doesn't believe him that either he was lying to be rude when he said he's lying or maybe he realised later it wasn't a lie since he knows mc isn't the type to do that

Lol its fine. He probably does know and was just being nasty. Its common in bl where theyll be like "are you sure its your first time?" "Youre really slutty" or whatever and depending on the BL that is to make him an asshole combined with degrading dirty talk(which some ppl like, like the opposite of a praise kink lol) and i have afeeling thats what why he was saying all that.
