It was so well written and I’m so glad that it did not outrightly show the abuse that it was more implied because it wasn’t just about that is this is not torture porn. This is a real story.
There’s a whole lot going on here, but seeing that flashback that really hurt me, especially what he was going through while reviewing his life that really hurt me but also how he reclaimed himself and tearing up the money PERIODT CAUSE YOU CAN NEVER LET SOMEONE DEFINE YOU.
