What solidified the twin theory for me was the moment that in the middle of sex they switched and uke was confused as to why seme was like freshly out of a shower when he just stepped out for a sec to grab him a cup of water and he didn't even bring him water...
What if it's double personality and not twins? No one seems to be aware of the guy having a brother, it would be too weird for them to be twins, like what are the chances of them both passing as each other from time to time? It would be exhausting remembering every person both interact with. The other chance is only one has a life and the other lives in hiding, and both take turns, like one brother doesn't have an identity or social life so no one knows him. To me it's more likely the guy has two personalities, one has the black piercings and the other it's silver.
