Yep exactly like what I suspected Head never loved MC. Henry n Head see ppl as lab rats including MC. That's probably why he kept cheating around fucking other ppl and always wanting something "fun/interesting" in life.
And Heart has came to that realization too, he watched Head having sex w MC without any emotion, concerns or gentleness while MC was begging and begging "Please love me, please don't leave me, please choose me". Heart basically saw and witnessed his own cruelty.
Yes MC separated all his parts and became of that he finally found out and learned abt emotions and love but he's not the whole Henry because he's only like that due to his whole body being separated. And he knows MC still prefers Head over him because you can see a face but never a heart.
