The ml is just crazy and creepy. The MC didn't even really bully him, he was more like a bystander because the ml stole his gym uniform and was sniffing it after that the MC got creeped out and distanced himself. He thinks the ml wants revenge for being a bystander and accidentally pushing him down some stairs. When in reality the ml is just bat shit crazy
