Okay so i read this long ago. There r a lot of children in like a facility (?) and they r ranked from highest to lowest. The Top 1 (or 10) picks on the last one and one day the Top 1 gave a medicine to the last and I forgot what happened but ya. So it was later revealed that the body of the Last one is just half of his real body. His real body is grown and not a kid.
