I love that they didn't just have one overly mature mutant offspring, but real kids that act like hilarious kids.
Diana seemed really nuts, like legitimately. It's rare to see such a narcissistic female character who had so many chances to change course, but could accept their own failings. I feel bad for her but narcissists don't change. She's probably getting enough attention by playing the victim.
