I heard a lot has changed for the ending and somewhat of how things went down.
Can you tell me the difference? Like was the revenge/aftermath more juicy?

From what I heard its just that the previous emperor died after she had her first baby but Diana did get dethroned after a few years like now

Disclaimer:It’s been a while since I read the novel so it might not be accurate.

    NovelSpoiler ahead

Before the death of the emperor, Helios divorced Diana and married Juno/Yuno(not sure of the spelling). If I’m not mistaken, the emperor made an appearance during Helios’ second wedding. Around that time, Hestia was already expecting her first son. In fact, Yuno/Juno was visiting the mansion when Hestia unexpectedly gave birth.

On the 100th day of Prince Crius, Kael and Hestia brought their baby to meet the emperor. The emperor died shortly after that.

Oh, even though Helios already remarried, Diana left the palace only after the death of the emperor.

Mmmm from what i remember, Kael never told Hestia why he decided not to side with those who wanted Diana to abdicate the throne.

When Hestia was thinking about jumping off, Kael stopped her, cried, and apologized but never told Hestia that Helios was the one who begged him not to support those who wanted to oust Diana.

It was actually Helios who went to visit Hestia after hearing what happened who explained the situation. He was basically the one who told Hestia that:
    1. He was the one who begged Kael for support. No, Kael has no feelings for Diana.
    2. Told Hestia that Kael loved her and only her
    3. I think he also said something along the lines of even if Diana did apologize would you even reay believe it. Do you want her to apologize without meaning it. And even if she does mean it, what would you do once you've achieved that goal? (I think)

I'm not sure about the others, but I do prefer the manhwa version. I honestly wasn't a fan that Helios was given so much importance in resolving Hestia and Kael's fight.

Also, Hestia never shouted at Kael in the novel. If I remember correctly, it really was more like a quiet resignation and Hestia just disassociating from everything. You can feel her pulling away from everyone and just not wanting to live anymore.

That's what I remember from the novel but not sure if I misremembered some stuff.

As for Helios and Diana, I think they divorced later on. I think Helios tried to make it work. However, when Hestia and Kael had their first child, the childless Helios and Diana became even more the center of everyone's scrutiny. They married first and have been together longer and still don't have kids. I think Helios told Diana that it was their responsibility to have kids but Diana refused so they divorced.

This I'm most unsure about as I didn't really care much about them atp.
