It seems like his parents are those type of parents who are shocked they have a kid or “that they didn’t expect it” and then proceed to neglect it or give superficial care
I think that they had him just to let him inherit the title and then they flee, because now its not their responsability
So selfish of the parents ,yet again not every one is fit to be a good parent ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
