I have to say it's bearable, because the redemption arc is good. As much as I want to hurt the ML for everything he had done, I would also like to give the MC a one big Slap for being hypocrite. For all that he had done that no sane person would be willing to stay and take all the beatings and humiliation as well as the attempted mrder, rpe, and actual rpe, you still stayed, that's literally so stupid of you and for once I agreed on what the ML say about you staying there, you should've leave him behind. But the biggest factor about that is your pregnancy and connection. It's literally giving me headache, not even the author wants you to escape from that hellish place, and you still loved him? And you know what's the biggest ick is? For all that he had done he never even apologized! A sorry?!?!?!? Where?!?!?!? Crying yes, regret yes, sorry no? Also a suicide attempts is not good reason to forgive him. That does not erased everything he that he did to you, if there's one thing I want more from this story... That is to live his entire life feeling guilty. To the smallest details he should always be reminded of how he treated the MC in the past. and to stop having sex, seriously?
