i thought the ML actually likes SM play and it was the only part of the relationship that wasn't a misunderstanding. lowkey funny and tragic if that part is also them just trying to please the other one

The comment is so funny to me because it looks like we all forgot why the characters are acting freakishly. It's just a misunderstanding on top of a misunderstanding lol. To refresh my memory, I'll add bullet points, point out if it's wrong or if I forgot something.
