It actually depends on his reproductive anatomy...there are some intersex men who doesnt have male genitalia and only female one but they consider themselves male. There are some male with both genitalia's and have a male prostates. And there are some intersex men that have male genitalia but doesnt have a female genitalia but he has a womb and a female inner reproductive system. Intersex people have different reproductive anatomy. Their anatomy have not been fully studied yet because it was just recently found out and its their existence is so rare that the percentage is close to 0.

Basically it depends on where the urethral opening is. It can go either between the vaginal opening and the clito-penis or inside the clito-penis.
It is extreemly rare to have urethral duplication (the urethral cannal from the bladder branching into 2 canals, either complete or not, or 2 cannals from the bladder). I can't remember the stats but i think it was only a few hundred people diagnosed with this.
