I think Sihyun is the one that isn’t into it tbh he did express discomfort at being called a masochist and said that he wouldn’t want anyone but joohwan to hurt him… more so I feel like he just wants joohwan to focus on him completely and care for him afterwards. But joohwan likes seeing him suffer a bit and Sihyun is definitely into being humiliated… there are just other ways they’re better at being freaky. I feel you though as someone w maso tendencies it’s a struggle in relationships irl too
not saying that mc is wrong for expressing discomfort with causing pain to his partner and slowly realizing pain play isn’t for him, but i just wish i could read a bdsm story where there’s pain play at first and it ISNT followed by a whole crisis throughout the story of them thinking they’re a terrible person and then eventually completely stopping. i feel like md from bj alex is one of the few characters that enjoys pain play and doesn’t have a plot point where it’s a terrible thing and i wish we had more characters like that ahshdhfj
