As far as I understand, in the original novel Rize was a true villain through and through and got a deserving unhappy ending. In this version though, Rize has so much more complexity to her and she’s a good person when not being uncontrollably possessed by the Author. It’s refreshing from the typical “original female lead is an evil snake”, and that she’s genuinely as kind as she is meant to be. I am honestly upset that Rize didn’t have a happier ending. J think that people are too caught up in revenge plots, and I just want to see people who deserve to be happy be happy. In this version of the story I think Rize deserves to be the happiest.
I agree that Rize deserves to be happy but I think it's also fair that people want the author to be shown getting more consequences than just one chapter of vague revenge taken by the other girls.
also while Rize's character does unlock a lot more complexity like this I feel like it's barely explored by the story though. she's just left behind for the other dramatics
