And that big brother also have a little brother who work very hard when he was kid to pay off his debt + keep his parents together and later on work hard as well at part time jobs to help pay it off. Just because Han-gyul has a passion and something he wanted pursue doesn't mean the brother had it slightly harder.
Nowhere have I said that Han-gyul had it easy? All I said was that he atleast had a passion to hold onto and that I feel like the brother doesn’t get talked enough about.
I honestly feel bad for the gangster, imagine ur faith being cut-off by some kid. I also don’t blame kid Euyhan for it hence he was a kid and didn’t understand what consequences the wish would have. He does obviously is accountable for all the choices he made afterwards after meeting again.
But one of the people that get talked about the least but I feel for the most is the big brother. He was always protecting him and raising him, working everyday doing multiple jobs to pay off the debt. Not even being able to ever wish something for himself/pursue something. He also had a shitty childhood, and on top of that he carried all the responsibilities meanwhile yes Han-gyul also suffered alot but atleast he had a passion and a big brother that tried everything in his power to help him pursue it.
