I feel like he's projecting his feelings onto his sister. It's "easier" to blame someone like his sister who doesn't fight back, than his aggressor who knows what buttons he has to press to make him feel uncomfortable.
Still need to understand why he blames his sister especially when he knows his cousin is his aggressor. He’s not an ignorant naive child anymore, his sister isn’t his aggressor. He’s clearly aware of that when he talks to the lawyer. How he treats his sister is totally uncalled for.
