I don’t know what the author was thinking when they packed his disturbing traumatic past into like 3 panels in the way of a joke? and then the entire resolution of the underground world and kidnapping and torture was just swept under the rug like “oh just another tuesday!” HUH?? as if he hadn’t been planning revenge for years… all those other kids past and present get 0 acknowledgment??? AND THEN MC who had shown concern and support and let him hold her very suddenly sees him as annoying brother 2.0 and wants little interaction- nah cut the cameras
I knew they were doomed the moment they had the same hair color but the backtrack made it feel like a waste of time. I don’t know why they didn’t keep his character more shallow from the get go instead of referencing all horrible things to simply dismiss it #freelyvnes #whathairproductsdoyouuseking
