sure, but honestly it’s not that deep. If someone wants real depth, there are plenty of other works to read. Jinx just happened to go mainstream, and with an audience full of minors, of course a lot of them are going to complain about it. Bj Alex and Jinx even follow the same formula of characters and progression. it's just the timing and the type of audience that made this one blee up differently.
I really understand you. I've commented a lot complaining about those kinds of comments, but I've realized that they don't change, as the previous comment says, they are immature young people who only find good what they want and don't take into account the author's intentions. We have to let them be and that's it. The only thing I hope is that they don't complain directly to Minhwa and leave their comments here (burn Twitter).
I so agree. I've read stuff with way deeper plot and more drama and just more overall. Not saying Jinx is simple but it's not like the super best thing. It's top because the art is immaculate!

yes, i also love the art style! That along reading BJ alex before is what made me tune in to Jinx. imo it's not really as bad as people make it to be.
I still don't understand how many of u guys don't get that this story is a though pill to swallow because of what it's happening in here. Hard to like characters, hard to NOT like some other characters. Topics that actually take place in real life. Alcohol, drug abuse, rape, domestic violence, negligence, gangs, the wrong crowd, good strangers and so much more. I fully understand why people would hate Jaekyung because honestly? He is a POS and did what he did because he thought he knew better and doesn't care about others and doesn't know how to nor cares on how to do so. He just literally wanted to survive. Another victim.
Which increases the odds of becoming what u once fought and hated too btw. Both Jaek and Dan are PRIME examples of how one could turn out and how different they view thw world and how they navigate through it. They are very different but so alike in the same way.
What I'm trying to say is tht I read the comments on every chapter that comes out and it baffles me how people just expect for the story to go their way instead of seeing it through. Maybe Mingwa doesn't want the people to like Jaek. Maybe she wants for everyone to just root for Kim Dans stability and freedom. So many just bark bark and yell about how this story is just lame and hateful and disgusting and it's meant to be a 'hard to read'. Which i find it difficult to believe cause I have read some manwhas that are abhorrent and people dont bat an eye and Jinx doesn't even reach surface level on that bad.
Would u tell a writer who often writes horror that they suck and should just stop because horror is bad, scary and disturbing? No. Maybe many people who are reading this are too young to understand this story or idk, people are just stupid and I can't even understand it anymore （￣へ￣）
