Elise basically points at Margo during a meeting and flat out says that she killed her brother. Margo is locked in her room and no one can tend to her but Peggy finds a way to sneak in. There's a plan in motion and Peggy goes to try and get it started but she's knocked unconscious unbeknownst to Margo.
The guy's that knocked her out know about the plan and leave her in the snow to die. But thankfully, she doesn't. However, Leggy wakes up and a woman tells her she can't save Margo. TnT
That's basically how it plays out until ch 51. There's definitely something for her to gain doing this to Margo

Dunno. There were hints early on but I didn't think she'd go and do that. In there following chapters, Elise's attitude and conversations weren't of someone who didn't know what she was doing. Imma be mad AF if she tries to slink back to Margo or something later ònó #TeamPeggy
