while yes in a way that's a valid reason, again we need to remember, he's an ADULT, with money and privileges, even in his universe, he should KNOW to get another, maybe in secret doctor / therapist / physician who can help him with those issues. Him being a dominant alpha with pheromones issues doesn't excuse his behaviour, it might explain it.
i js can't accept that the people who's facing his utter position abuse are the people who literally is UNABLE to afford the luxuries he can afford. If we, the readers, the audience, whose current political global climate is literally in a state of meltdown (multiple world governments blatantly abusing their power and privileges hence abusing the people) read this story and have no feelings about it, I'd argue that weirder.

yes, being abused as a child and lacking familial interactions/communications in your youth might explains your behavioural issues and tendencies.
BUT IT NEVER EXCUSES THEM - you being treated badly as a kid doesn't mean you can grow up and treat other people, mostly people who work for you, like shit. Growing up as a traumatised person isn't wrong, what's wrong is when you KNOW you're doing badly mentally and this in turn results in you behaving badly to the people around you, and not doing anything about it.
And the "inability to afford therapy" doesn't makes sense for him too bc he IS privileged. Like sure i can and probably will read this anyways ignoring the blatant employee abuse and utterly stupid behaviour ML is showing but idk seeing people in the comments saying "ooh what a pathetic cute ml lolll, i like him" . unable to regulate your issues isn't cute, it's damaging esp bc the one's that have to face this issues are the people under you, maybe the one's whose mental health (and physical seeing how ml have no issue hitting his employees) is in jeopardy, and who probably CANT afford the luxuries ML can just by being born with a diamond spoon.
