He seduced me too, but he hasn't had an ounce of character development. We only just got to see that he has more depth than just being an abusive brother. Shoujo 101, make the abuser show a soft/compassionate side to make us forget his crimes against humanity

i mean, this isnt shoujo, and chara development doesnt necessarily have to be good positive growth. that's why i said "development" not "growth" (but to be more specific, i mean chara arc). he still kept his personality, and act/talk the same way, but basically stopped pretending he doesnt love her, and resigned to the idea that fmc could never love him like he does with her bc of all the bullying he put her thru in the past. he's not transformed into a green flag, he's still a shit person, but that's fine, cuz this story aint really a romance story so much as a drama (and when fmc realized his feelings for her, she takes advantage of that, so...). better than most stories with asshole irredeemable mls who turn into flawless simp with remnants of their original personality and expect us to buy into their "love story".

guys i know orsini is a piece of shit, and he is fucking annoying. but his character development, while no masterpiece, is so soooo good and arguably the most satisfying out of the five mls. like ngl my guilty pleasure enemies to lovers-ish dynamic.
