1) it's mc because later mc got kidnapped and then there's an esper that can split dimensions or smth and then it gone wrong and send mc to like 10++ years ago (I don't remember how many years ago but that's when mc met child ver. Ml)
2) no it's not memory loss or anything, mc saved the Blondie when Blondie was a kid but the Blondie is so pretty he thought that kid was a girl. So it didn't cross his mind that kid is actually a guy
also did he just have memory loss bc why does he not remember blonde guy
