I'm still confused psychopath Duke is the third prince? And Ml's halfbrother? Then is ml the empress son? Since ml the crown prince and it seems like the empress is still alive, then who's the duke's birth mother? If assuming that the psycho Duke is the illegitimate son of the Emperor, why is the Emperor so unaffected by the death of his son? Or maybe psycho Duke is a prince from the previous monarch? Like the current Emperor's much younger brother?
