There is a big difference between Chase and his siblings, and the manhwa adaption so far left out a lot of things ( for example Grayson twinsister should have been present too, and Koi his omega father should have gone to Chase later). In that scene the eyecolor of Chase is wrong, it's important that his sibling's are violet, but his should have a different color. Violet means they are manifested dominant alphas.
This is from the novel, from chapter 4:
"Most Extreme Alphas were pseudo-sociopaths, but those who manifested before puberty never experienced the emotional rollercoaster of “juvenile angst.” As a result, they were highly likely to grow into psychopaths.

Chase C. Miller, it was said, had manifested past puberty. That, at least, granted him an understanding of emotions, albeit with a predominance of pure rage."

It means they don't understand Chase.
The alpha father has also problems understanding Chase.
