You might have already read it, but the only colored BL manga I know is this one:

If you don't want BL though, there is fan colored manga out there, shounen in particular. I think you'll find some of them on Bato if you search the manga title and "coloured" or "colored".
what a cruel world.. howveer that was on my want to read!! ill have it on my radar from now on tyyy :)
any recs of partially or fully colored manga? the way jp manga does greyscale is hard for me to read on mobile
