i don’t think that’s necessarily what he was trying to do. seowon is already very insecure about his body and probably felt really embarrassed about needing help. it’s normal for the spouse of the pregnant parent to shower them with kisses, even when they’re sick, to shower that they’re still in love with them despite everything.
pregnant people often face insecurity in their relationships because they fear that their partners are no longer attracted to them. being peppered with kisses is a nice way to show your partner that you’re not afraid of their new body :)

The bottom is not an average pregnant person. The man was born with a severe lung condition that doesn’t allow him to do much. He’s also in a worst state bc he’s pregnant (honestly this is the only story I feel like out of the bunch of pregnancy stories I’ve read that the mother should have had an abortion. But bc I know how this ends I’m glad he and the baby will be good ).
The last thing, kisses isn’t bad. Fucking is. we don’t know how far the top will go once the kisses start which is why I said about the top jumping the bottom. Plus, I’m very annoyed how the top and bottom both thought it was ok to fuck when they’re very late in their pregnancy with the chance that the baby will come out.
